Our private label juice market is growing and with the acquisitions of Crosby Foods,
 Speaco Foods, Carolina Products, and Northland's private label juices
 Cliffstar's market position will be significantly enhanced. 
This will also allow us to better serve our customers.

International expansion.  Cliffstar has a strong presence with our Canadian Neighbors
 and we are acting on opportunities in the Caribbean, China & UK/Ireland.
  Cliffstar has recently appointed a broker for South America  
and have registered four flavors in Panama.
