GRAPE CONCENTRATE
AND PUREE
At Cliffstar,
we press only the
finest quality grapes. As with all fruit chosen for
Cliffstar juices, the grapes we buy are carefully inspected by our
quality control department and meet our customers' most demanding
Brix content and purity specifications.
Cool autumn nights just prior to
harvest develop high-color Concord grapes that are rushed from
nearby vineyards to Cliffstar for processing. The resulting
concentrate captures the essence of fresh, premium Concords
meeting the 68 degree Brix standard for juice. Concord
grapes puree meets the 45 degree Brix standard.
